Rate.nl is an award winning evaluation & improvement platform, with which organizations can independently measure and improve customer and employee satisfaction. With the Rate.nl platform we help company’s to improve, innovate and grow! We do this through powerful software that can almost sense 'emotions'. These innovation provides plenty of challenges that need new and creative frontend solutions. For this, we are looking for an experienced frond-end developer to expand our team.

As a 'Frond-end Developer' you work closely with the Back-end Developer, Data Scientists and the Customer Success Managers. Within this team you are jointly responsible for renewing the Rate.nl platform. Not only that, you participate in launching a 'New to the world' innovative MVP (based on AI) to the market.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO. 
Build responsive web pages and SPAs with state-of-the-art web technologies. 
Consuming backend web services and Restful APIs. 
Conduct code review sessions with other team members. 
Writing unit tests and debugging frontend modules. 
Testing front-end integration with the backend. 
Writing code documentations. 
Contribute to shaping the best user experience possible.

YOU HAVE: 
Focus on building the best user experience possible by heart. 
Proven experience with React (NodeJS, NPM ) or Angular 
Strong fluency in HTML, CSS, Typescript 
Experience in transforming Photoshop and XD designs into interactive web pages. 
Experience building modular, object-oriented and functional code. 
Experience with GIT and source control systems. 
Experience consuming RESTful APIs 
Familiarity with Scrum software development framework. 
Experience with TDD 
Excellent verbal and written communication in at Dutch and/or English.

WE ASK. 
a completed HBO+ Computer Science background or something similar 
a minimum of 4-7 years frond-end experience 
enough experience with backend development to speed up your front-end development
