Over Park Plaza EindhovenIn 1989 is het allereerste Park Plaza hotel geopend in Eindhoven. Park Plaza Eindhoven ligt in het hart van de stad en op slechts 10 minuten lopen van het Centraal Station. Het vier-sterren hotel bied naast de 104 ruime en moderne kamers en suites ook een fitnesscentrum, een groot verwarmd binnenzwembad, twee sauna's en vier vergaderzalen voor groepen tot 75 personen. As a Night Front Office Host(ess) you are responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and seamless experience for our guests during the overnight hours. You will be the main point of contact throughout the night, ensuring smooth Front Office Operations
This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys working night shifts, thrives in an independent working environment, takes ownership, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while others sleep.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience during overnight hours
- Act as the main point of contact for guests throughout the night
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner
- Perform night audit procedures and complete daily financial and operational reports
- Manage reservations, billing, and Front Office administration accurately
- Monitor hotel security procedures and maintain a safe environment for guests and colleagues
- Respond to guest enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face communication
- Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues across all departments
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards, procedures, and safety regulations
- Support early departures, late arrivals, and overnight operations
Essential Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Availability to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Guest-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Basic numerical and administrative skills
- Eligible to work in the Netherlands
Preferred Requirements
- Previous Front Office, Night Auditor, or hospitality experience
- Familiarity with hotel systems (PMS)
- Experience handling cash, billing, and reconciliation procedures
- Dutch or additional language skills are an advantage
