What will you do?
As a Front Office Supervisor, you are the Manager on Duty – the true spider in the web. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard. And not just any standard: both TRIBE and Mercure are 4-star hotels, each proudly carrying an average guest review score of 9.1 across all platforms.In practice, this means:
  • Connecting with our guests and delivering extraordinary service
  • Improving procedures to make daily work more efficient
  • Handling and solving guest complaints with care
  • Training, coaching, and motivating the team
  • Leading by example while keeping a positive mindset
You'll be right where the magic happens: on the floor, in the middle of the operation. With around 15 FrontOffice Heartists, you'll ensure the department thrives every day



Job Requirements
Who are you?
  • A natural motivator with an open character and strong social skills
  • Someone who loves working with people and building team spirit
  • Guest-oriented, detail-minded, and proactive
  • Confident in handling complaints and ensuring proper follow-up
  • Accurate in processing administrative tasks
  • Ready to step in as the right hand of the Front Office Manager, taking charge in their absence
Your day is complete when guests leave with a big smile and say: “I'll be back!”You are the perfect match if…We are looking for someone who brings both experience and personality to the table. You recognize yourself in the following:
  • Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Senior Receptionist in a 4- or 5-star hotel
  • A true go-getter who always thinks in solutions
  • Stress-resistant, enthusiastic, ambitious, and above all: a social team player
  • Strong coaching skills – you enjoy developing others
  • Naturally guest service minded with a passion for hospitality
  • Creative, and eager to share your ideas with both guests and colleagues
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Driven, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Flexible to work day and evening shifts during weekdays and weekends (no 9-to-5 mindset)
  • Able to inspire the team and keep the smile, even during busy moments
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
