So we've made sure the time you do spend at the Moxy is jam packed full of more fun than you thought you could have at a hotel. From yummy snacks and drinks, to games, to art, to secret hiding spots, to comfy couches to doze off in. Our lobbies are like living rooms with a bartender. Our guest rooms are like a cozy clubhouse you never want to leave, where you curl up in soft sheets, stream your favorite movie from our white-hot WiFi and cocoon for as long as you want. We've done our homework. Or rather we gave it to some of the best design teams around. We asked them to get nosy and discover what people love, play with or couldn't care less about, while at a hotel. That's how we found out that most people never use their closets. And, while we've kept room for your stuff, we nipped more than a few solid inches for a sweet 42” TV and an even sweeter bed.We also discovered that, like us, most people won't waste a moment on instant coffee. That's why we brew fresh joe downstairs in the lobby. There we've got you covered 24/7, with grab- and-go bites, low tech play time, and crafted cocktails. #atthemoxy there's everything you would expect, and plenty you wouldn't, from a boutique hotel.

As Front Office Trainee, you'll step right into the heartbeat of the hotel, becoming the welcoming face of Moxy Schiphol Airport. From check-ins to guest experiences, problem-solving to creating memorable moments; no two days look the same (and that's exactly how we roll). You are the Front Office Crew Member, the Guest Experience Maker, the Problem Solver, the Up & Cross Selling Specialist… that's you! You are PLAYFUL, YOUNG AT HEART, and always ready to WOW our guests with your energy and personality. What you'll do
- Welcome guests and create memorable first impressions from check-in to check-out
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs while handling reservations and payments
- Assist guests with questions, requests, recommendations and local information
- Handle guest communication via phone, email and in person
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Jump into problem-solving and guest satisfaction initiatives
- Support the Front Office team with daily operational tasks and reporting
- Learn how to maximize guest experiences through upselling and personalized service
- Champion the Moxy vibe and help create a fun, energetic atmosphere 🎉
- Collaborate closely with Front Office Crew Leaders and hotel teams

Job Requirements
What you bring
- You're currently studying Hospitality/Hotel Management/Tourism (HBO or MBO)
- Passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences
- Experience in Front Office or hospitality is a plus (but passion counts even more)
- You love interacting with people and making every guest feel welcome
- You're proactive, hands-on, and not afraid to ask questions
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy teamwork
- Moxy mindset: energetic, curious, and never boring 💥
