Are you ready for a challenging role as an Assistant Team Leader in Tiel? Step into the world of logistics, where you make a difference in the daily warehouse operations. You allocate tasks, guide the team, and step in when necessary. You report to the Team Leader and ensure everything runs smoothly. You work in 3 shifts.Your tasks include efficiently organizing warehouse slots and ensuring that inbound and outbound processes run smoothly. You coordinate a team of up to 30 people and keep an overview. Think of supporting controllers, booking outgoing orders and quickly resolving any deviations. You also proactively think about improvements.We are looking for a proactive thinker who enthusiastically proposes improvements and replaces the Team Leader when needed. Safety is your top priority.
