Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Guest Service Supervisor, you report to the Welcome Office Manager and play a key role in delivering the W guest journey. The ideal candidate has strong experience supervising a Front Office, Guest Relations or guest‑facing team in a high‑end, lifestyle‑driven environment. You are passionate about the W brand, naturally in tune with trends, and always “in the know” about Amsterdam's hotspots. Job Requirements
- MBO / HBO Degree (Preferably in Hotel Management)
- Minimum of one-year experience in the same or similar role team leader
- Fluency in English & Dutch
- Experience in the Hotel Industry as Guest Service Center Agent and a Team Leader is a must
- Experience in Luxury Segment is an advantage
