Head Concierge - Park Plaza Victoria
At Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam, we believe in providing hotel experience that is tailored to the individual and their needs. As a Head Concierge, you are one of the first and last person our guests see, it starts with a smile; your smile! Your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create a bold impression each and every time.
As a Head Concierge (reporting to the Front of House Manager) you always look for ways to make guests stay more memorable. Your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create an amazing impression each and every time.
Are you the perfect match?
- You have excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
- You promote a helpful and professional image to our guests and our team
- You manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
- You are responsible for managing your team's rosters
- You supervise a team of six people
- You ensure that the brand standards are always in place
- You handle guest luggage, requiring comfort with physical tasks
- You possess a good command of English and have excellent communication skills
- You share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
- You have a passion for hospitality and previous experience in a hotel
- You provide our guests with the best recommendations in Amsterdam
