Are you the new forklift hero of Bavaria?

At Bavaria, we are looking for enthusiastic forklift drivers to join our logistics team. In this full-time role, you play a key part in ensuring that our logistics processes run smoothly every day. Do you want to work for one of the world’s most iconic beer brands in a dynamic and team-oriented environment? Then keep reading!

What will you do?

As a forklift driver, you play an essential role in our warehouse operations. You ensure that pallets filled with our beverages are placed in the right location in a safe and structured way. Once production is completed, you take over and carefully move goods throughout the warehouse.

You will also support export activities, making sure our products are prepared correctly and reach international customers safely and on time.

Your daily tasks

Precision work with pallets
Using an on-board computer, you know exactly which pallets need to be moved and where they should go.

Export preparation
You prepare goods for shipment to customers around the world.

Collaboration & safety
You work closely with your colleagues and always maintain a safe working environment.

Varied work environment
You get the chance to learn different areas of the warehouse, with the order pool as your fixed base.

Working hours & flexibility

At Bavaria, we work with both day shifts and a 3-shift system. Flexibility is important:

Day shifts

• 08:00 – 16:30
• 09:30 – 18:00

3-shift system

• Early shift: 06:00 – 14:00
• Late shift: 14:00 – 22:00
• Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00 (always in blocks of 4 nights)

• You are in possession of a valid forklift certificate
• You are fluent in either Dutch or English
• You are willing to work in shift patterns, including day shifts

• A gross hourly wage of €18.86, including ADV allowance and year-end bonus
• A shift allowance of 150% for hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00
• A solid pension scheme via STIPP
• 8.33% holiday allowance and 10.92% holiday accrual
• Travel allowance from 10 km one way at €0.19 per km, up to a maximum of 50 km
• Work clothing and safety shoes provided by Bavaria
• Opportunity for a permanent contract based on good performance
• Access to the digital environment of Olympia, where you can easily manage payslips, contracts, and annual statements
• Social staff drinks every Wednesday and Friday afternoon
