Savoy Hotel Rotterdam is onderdeel van Eden Hotels en is in april 2019 volledig vernieuwd. Het hotel biedt 95 luxe hotelkamers en een toffe Piet le Blanc Suite waarin je kunt gamen, films kijken of muziek luisteren. De lobby heeft een gezellige open ruimte waar je terecht kunt voor ontbijt, lunch, koffie kunt drinken en 's avonds nog even wat werk kunt verzetten of gezellig met een borrel of snack kan bijpraten met collega's of vrienden.
Eden Hotels heeft gedurende twee generaties een mooie collectie hotels opgebouwd. Onze hands-on aanpak combineert tientallen jaren ervaring in de hotellerie met zakelijk inzicht, zodat elke collega het beste uit zichzelf kan halen. Met veel plezier zorgen we voor een lokale beleving en blijvende herinneringen voor onze gasten. Met inmiddels 14 hotels bevinden we ons in de stadscentra van alle grote steden in Nederland. Doordat we in die steden alle verrassende plekken weten, zorgen we ervoor dat de gast zich echt even één van ons voelt. Do you like variety and gaining unforgettable experience for yourself and your education? Are you a host(ess) at heart because you like to make people happy and do you want to gain experience in all departments of a hotel? Then read on quickly, because we have a super fun internship for you!
What will you be doing?
You are the first contact for our guests and provide them with all the information they need. You will help guests with the self-check in, explain where they can find the best museums and what else is going on in the city. The next day you are up early, because you help out in the breakfast shift. You make sure the breakfast buffet is ready, set tables and clear them. Afterwards you go to the reception desk and guests will thank you at check out for your friendly service. As a trainee all-round, not one day is the same at our hotel. And that's what makes your internship so much fun! You enjoy the enthusiasm of the guests and do everything to provide them with excellent service. Because if you are happy, so are your guests!

Savoy Hotel Rotterdam is part of Leonardo Hotels and was completely renovated in April 2019. The hotel now offers 95 luxurious hotel rooms and a cool Piet le Blanc Suite where you can play games, watch movies or listen to music. The lobby has a cozy open space where you can go for breakfast, lunch, drink coffee and in the evening get some work done or catch up with colleagues or friends over a drink or snack.

Who are you?
- You are easy to get along with and have a friendly, hospitable attitude.
- You can deal with stress and always work detailed.
- You are flexible.
- You enjoy working in a team but can also work independently.
- You are following a relevant MBO (Vocational study) training level 1-4 or HBO (Bachelor)
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- Good command of English is preferred.
- Alternating shifts are great for you.
- You are available to do internship for 5-6 months
- You are looking for an internship for the period of April - September 2025
- Be informed that you need to be enrolled in a university or school program to apply be qualified for this internship.
- You need to have a valid Dutch working permit
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU (ADDITIONAL TO A GREAT TEAM)?
- As a HBO student you will receive an internship fee based on €750,- gross per month fulltime, which consists of a €650,- internship fee and an €80,- expense fee. We use variable payment periods of 4 or 5 weeks at a time, according to the number of days and hours worked. So one month you will get a little less and the next month a little more.
