As part of our team of enthusiastic professionals, you play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our hotel.Your Role
As a Housekeeping Manager, you ensure that our team delivers top performance every single day. You work alongside the team on the floor, keep an overview, and step in where needed. You guide and train new colleagues, and you make sure supplies are always well stocked. Thanks to you, the entire resort looks perfect day after day.



Job Requirements
What Will You Do?
  • Leading the housekeeping team (room attendants, supervisors, linen staff), with approximately 60% of the time actively working on the floor
  • Creating work schedules and staff planning
  • Monitoring the quality of cleaning activities in rooms and public areas
  • Inspecting rooms according to established standards
  • Managing inventory (linen, cleaning supplies, amenities)
  • Coordinating maintenance issues and collaborating with the technical department
  • Training, coaching, recruiting, and evaluating employees, including conducting performance/progress reviews
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
  • Handling guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping
  • Managing the department budget and controlling costs, including driving performance based on KPIs
  • Organizing and leading daily team meetings
  • Part of the Sandton management Team. 
  • Working every between 8:00 and 18:00. 7,6 hours aday
Who Are You?
We are looking for an energetic and responsible supervisor who:
  • Is well-presented and hospitable
  • Is flexible (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Is a true team player with a results‑driven mindset
  • Has 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
