Your role in the journeyAs Housekeeping & Quality Supervisor, you'll be the guardian of our guestroom standards. You'll lead the Room Attendants with clarity and care, ensuring every space is pristine and every guest feels at home.Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily cleaning operations and team schedules.
- Conducting quality inspections to uphold Anantara's high standards.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and hotel policies.
- Supporting cross-departmental collaboration to enhance the guest experience.
- Coaching and guiding team members to deliver consistent excellence.
Job Requirements
What you'll bring
- A hands-on mindset and a natural eye for detail.
- Experience in Housekeeping, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- A flexible and proactive attitude.
- Experience working with diverse teams and cultures.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Knowledge of Thai culture will be valued.
