The Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South opened in 2021, the 227-suite Amsterdam became the first all-suite property to operate under the upscale Radisson brand in Western Europe.To appeal to both transient and longer-staying travellers visiting the Dutch capital, each of the studio, one-bed and two-bed apartments has its own fully-equipped kitchen. Other facilities at the canal-front hotel include a gym, on-site bar and restaurant with outdoor terrace seating, plus underground parking for 70 cars.Located in Amstelveen to the south of the city, the 10-storey hotel is within walking distance of the international companies who have their headquarters in Amsterdam's booming district, such as KPMG, KLM and Canon.With great transport links to the Zuidas central business district (3km), city centre (6km) and Schiphol Airport (8km), the property is well placed to cater for the growing demand for extended-stay accommodation options in this part of the city amongst project workers and relocating employees.

Radisson Hotel & Suites Amsterdam South has 227 suites and rooms and opened in April 2021. We aim to appeal to both transit and longer-stay travelers visiting the Dutch capital. Each of the studios, one-bed and two-bed apartments has its own fully equipped kitchen. It's up to us to make them feel at home with our family of staff!

Responsibilities:
You will be working in a wonderfully dynamic environment where you can further develop your skills and learn a lot.
Your daily tasks include:
- Planning and controlling the housekeeping activities.
- Operationally assisting if necessary with rush hours.
- Inventory and replenish hotel rooms and supplies.
- Identify defects in the rooms and report back to the technical department.
- Preparation of daily cleaning lists.
- Room checks.
- Optimize and strive for a higher standard; regarding hygiene of both rooms and public areas.
- Act as a point of contact in the area of cleaning and facility services to guests and colleagues.
What we ask of you:
- English speaking, Dutch is a plus.
- Strong communicator and team player.
- Be able to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing, and demanding environment.
- Have a hands-on mentality and be able to work independently.
- Be organized and have an eye for detail.
- Be flexible in terms of working hours and days.
- Be a reliable person the team can rely on.

- Monthly internship fee of € 650,- gross for a full-time internship, if you work fewer days then the fee will be prorated. (allowance is included travel expenses)
