About You:
You are an experienced and hands-on supervisor who knows how to motivate and inspire your team to deliver their best.
You have excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both Dutch and English.
You thrive in a diverse and professional environment and can create a positive and inspiring workplace for your team and guests.
Responsibilities:
You will work alongside your team to provide exceptional housekeeping services that exceed guest expectations.
You will manage and train your team by coordinating the activities of the room attendants and general cleaners.
You will assist in monitoring and handling guest complaints, with proactive planning to increase guest satisfaction scores.
You will check reservations and pre-block rooms to ensure that all guest expectations are exceeded upon arrival.
You will ensure that the housekeeping team provides a professional and friendly service for all guests.
