Responsibilities
- Monitoring Room Attendants
- Inspecting guest rooms
- Ensuring that Room Attendants are familiar with in-house facilities for the purpose of assisting guests
- Ensuring Room Status in Opera is kept up to date at all times
- Registration of working hours
- Controlling Housekeeping procedures including lost and found, key control, security and emergency procedures, health and safety procedures for both employees and guests
- Informing other operating departments of all Housekeeping matters
Requirements
- Preferably an education at the Hotel School
- Teamplayer
- Knowledge or passion for luxury and hospitality
- Eager to learn
- Good communication skills
- Hardworking and motivated
- Good command of the English language
