- Ensure all public areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms are cleaned and presented to the highest standards, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and deep cleaning tasks.
- Maintain outdoor spaces and gardens when required, contributing to the overall beauty of the hotel environment.
- Re-stock amenities in public restrooms and ensure all areas are well-equipped and inviting.
- Report maintenance issues promptly to the Engineering team and assist with moving furniture or setting up extra beds when needed.
- Separate and transport garbage according to hotel procedures, supporting sustainability and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with other departments during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including knowledge of cleaning products and evacuation protocols.
What We're Looking For:
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical capability to lift, push, and move heavy objects; tasks may involve bending and kneeling.
- A warm and approachable communicator who enjoys working in a team and interacting with guests.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping systems; experience with tools like Unifocus is a plus.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Fluency in English is required; Dutch language skills are preferred.
