As an HR Officer, you are an essential link within the team. You combine HR expertise with strong organizational skills, ensuring that everything related to our people and the office runs smoothly. Whether it’s recruitment, payroll, onboarding, or training, you are the connecting factor who supports both colleagues and managers.
In this versatile role, you take full ownership of the recruitment process: posting vacancies, selecting candidates, and drafting contracts. You make sure new colleagues feel immediately welcome during their onboarding and, when needed, guide relocation processes such as IND and 30% ruling applications. At the same time, you maintain active relationships with agencies to attract the right talent.
You also keep employee records and payroll administration accurate and up to date, ensuring all processes run correctly and on time. In addition, you play a key role in coordinating training and development programs and contribute to performance management cycles, supporting employees in their professional growth.
With your sharp eye, you pick up on employee feedback and turn it into improvements that strengthen satisfaction and engagement. You coordinate leave and absence processes and provide support on innovation projects and office optimization.
