Radisson Hotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hoofddorp is vanaf de A4 afrit 3 Hoofddorp in enkele minuten te bereiken. Ook met het openbaar vervoer is de ligging heel goed. (Bushalte Beukenhorst op 3 minuten lopen van het hotel en in 8 minuten op Schiphol) Het is een schitterend paleisachtig pand met 281 kamers waaronder 2 suites met een jacuzzi op het balkon. Het design is met veel daglicht en met blauw- en groentinten en lichte houtsoorten en een groot assortiment planten zowel modern als uitnodigend te noemen. Naast 6 Meeting & Event ruimtes, een all day dining restaurant, een bar en een goed uitgeruste gym.

As Radisson Hotel Hoofddorp prepares for its grand opening, we're seeking an enthusiastic and detail-focused HR Trainee. In this role, you'll support our HR Manager throughout the exciting pre-opening phase, helping to establish HR processes and foster a positive, engaging workplace. With a vibrant team and the energy of a brand-new hotel, this is your opportunity to gain practical, hands-on HR experience from day one.What you'll doAs an HR Trainee, you will assist the HR team in daily operations and projects, ensuring smooth processes and a positive employee experience:
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including posting vacancies, screening candidates, and assisting with interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Help organize training programs, workshops, and team development initiatives.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, such as employee queries, payroll assistance, and internal communications.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and engaging workplace culture, reflecting the Radisson values.
  • Participate in special HR projects, including employee engagement, performance management, and HR analytics.




Job Requirements
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or an MBO 4 ongoing studies in Human Resource Management or Hospitality Management. We welcome both hands-on MBO students who want to actively contribute to daily HR tasks, as well as final-year students who need to conduct research alongside their work. Fluent in English (spoken and written); Dutch is a plus.
  • Passionate about HR and people development, with a “Yes, I Can!” attitude.
  • Reference for full-time, but part-time arrangements are possible.
  • Preferably minimum commitment of 6 months. The HR Manager will provide guidance and support throughout your tasks. We will take less in consideration.
