Working hours
In this position, you work full-time. You work Monday to Friday in a two-shift system. The shifts are from 06:00 to 14:30 and 14:30 to 23:00.
From week 29 to week 40, you work in a three-shift system (early, night, and late). This rotates weekly. The times for the night shift will be announced later.

Manpower employment gency is looking for multiple all-round logistics employees for Boston Scientific in Kerkrade, both Inbound and Outbound.
At Boston Scientific, in the Outbound department, you pick products with a hand scanner and pack boxes for shipment. In the Inbound department, you check and register incoming goods and bring them to the correct place in the warehouse. This way, you help everything run smoothly and orders are ready on time for the customer.

Extra Rewards for Your Effort
In addition to a good salary, Operations DL employees receive an attractive bonus scheme:
- €1,000 gross bonus in December 2025 if you work at least 7 weekend days between September 6 and November 30. And the best part? All weekend hours are paid with a 200% allowance!
- €3,000 gross bonus in February 2026 if you remain employed throughout January 2026
- If you do not work additional weekend days but remain employed in January, you still receive a €1,000 gross bonus in February
📌 Note: If you have more than six sick days, the right to these bonuses is forfeited.
It is not possible to take vacation during the month of August. In September, there are limited possibilities to request leave.
Functie-eisen
- Sufficient command of the English language due to communication on the work floor
- Able to apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
- Own transport to get to the work location, such as a car, moped, scooter, or bike
- Availability of 40 hours per week
Starting June 30, you can choose to use a taxi service that will take you to your work location.
The taxi service is available upon request and will be deducted from your travel allowance.
There are five pick-up points for the taxi, including the train and bus station.
