In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to growth and expansion across Europe. You will be responsible for setting up and executing sales and marketing activities within the European market. Comprehensive internal training and guidance will be provided so you can quickly familiarize yourself with the products and the market. During the first few months, you will undergo a full in-house training program, after which you will work independently to further develop your market. You will develop short- and long-term sales strategies, create forecasts, and conduct market analyses.
Additionally, you will gather valuable feedback from the market to optimize sales and market approaches. Maintaining good customer relationships and setting trade terms within established frameworks are part of your daily tasks. Traveling across Europe for client visits, participating in trade shows and international events will be integral to your role. This offers a unique chance to learn about the market firsthand or to further build on your existing knowledge. You will work from a comfortable home base in Den Bosch, with the freedom to explore and develop other European markets.
The ideal candidate has a technical education at HBO level or comparable, for example in IT hardware, software, commerce, or business administration. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, and additional languages such as Dutch are a plus. You are hands-on, flexible, and have a non-9-to-5 mindset. Traveling and representing the organization at trade shows and with clients is seen as an inspiring challenge.
