We are looking for an enthusiastic new team member to join our IT Operations team. As IT Service Desk Operator you are responsible for the 1st level of technical support. You will be supporting office colleagues, developers and external parties in their operational IT needs. You will monitor incoming tickets and provide the ticket reporters with a satisfying solution.
