Bedrijfsomschrijving Our client is one of the biggest financial institutions in the Netherlands. You will come to work in an environment that is responsible for developing generic components to sell their financial products.
You will join a team of 4 Solution Architects that currently share the responsibility of designing the landscape on which the solutions are build. Most of the solutions are either build in Pega or in Java. Therefore, having a technical background in either one will be a big plus. Within this environment you will become responsible for multiple teams. The teams are divided over the Netherlands and the clients off-shore location in India.
Functieomschrijving
Provide strategic leadership and guidance in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions that align with business objectives;
Coach, mentor, and support multiple squads, other Solutions Architects while working closely with product owners, engineering teams and other Architects;
Develop a clear vision for current and future solutions, leveraging your technical expertise, business insights, and knowledge of emerging technologies;
Manage and lead architecture efforts across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and standards;
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to bridge the gap between technical experts and business leaders.
Functie-eisen
A Bachelor's degree within Computer Science (or equivalent);
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Solution Architect;
A background within development;
Proficiency in a development language, such as Pega, Java or C#;
Familiarity with architecture frameworks like TOGAF, IAF, DYA or similar;
Knowledge of architecture modeling, preferably with ArchiMate;
Experience with security design, including knowledge of regulatory requirements;
Previous corporate exposure is highly preferred;
Strong analytical skills;
A good command of the English language.
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Holiday pay: 8% of gross annual salary.
25 Vacation days + 0.5 bonus day per quarter if you have remained fit and healthy (i.e., do not report sick).
Travel allowance: 23 cents/kilometer.
E-learning portal with (almost) all IT training and education that you can propose.
€50 for medical expenses (you can count this as gross on top of your salary!).
