About the vacancy
As support engineer on our ServiceDesk you will be the first point of contact for our internal colleagues all over the world in helping them with technical issues, you are the source of information for our colleagues when they have service requests, changes, functional questions and/or malfunctions.
What will you do?
- Solve technical challenge using different techniques such as trouble shooting backup solutions
- Manage access points
- Phones rollout
- Create and adjust user accounts and mailboxes within Active Directory and Office 365.
- Support and customize Firewalls
- Offer technical support
- Problem analysis and diagnosis
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure and systems
Please note this is an entry level job and on-site work is required from our Breda office.
Who are we looking for?
- You are a starter or a young professional with 0-2 years of experience
- You have completed MBO level 3-4 with an ICT component
- Very good communicative skills
- Works well under pressure
- Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
