• Data Management: Assume responsibility for the maintenance and organization of financial databases, ensuring accuracy in data entry, rigorous validation, and precise financial reporting and analysis.
• Documentation and Reporting: Undertake a pivotal role in the creation of critical business and financial reports. Your adeptness in documentation will facilitate the seamless production of routine reports and effective communication of vital financial insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Risk Management & Compliance Support: Actively engage in endeavors to ensure adherence to business and financial regulations, as well as company policies and procedures. Your support will be instrumental in gathering essential documentation and maintaining alignment with established standards.
• Task Coordination: Serve as a central hub for coordinating various tasks within the Business Control team. This includes orchestrating meetings, monitoring action items, and ensuring timely deliverables to relevant stakeholders.

For the role of Junior Business Controller, we are seeking candidates who:

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Economics;
• Bring 1-2 years of relevant experience to the table;
• Preferably have experience working with SAP and Excel;
• Demonstrate excellent proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing;
• Excel in collaborative environments while also thriving independently and under pressure;
• Have a keen eye for detail coupled with a strategic perspective, able to grasp the broader organizational landscape.
