What you will do:
Manage daily contact with your key accounts
Monitor shipments and proactively solve issues
Collaborate with Sales, Import/Export, Billing, warehouse, and international partners
Support in preparing quotes and performance reports
Functie-eisen
Who you are:
Bachelor’s degree and ~3 years of experience in a customer-focused role (preferably in logistics)
Commercial mindset, strong communication skills, and enjoy variety
Fluent in Dutch and English
Accurate and solution-oriented
