What will you be doing?
You will be working on the installation and maintenance of refrigeration systems in customers' transport vehicles. Your daily work will be related to the orders of these customers. Every order is different than the previous one, so your days offer plenty of variety and a high level of diversity in your work. You will always record the work you do through light administrative tasks.
Besides diversity in your work, in this position you also have the opportunity to develop in the field. You will start with various courses during your induction period. Some of these courses will take place in Brussels, where you will be provided with accommodation, food, and fun educational days. In addition, during your employment you can attend several internal courses for the mechanic field, and you can complete training courses through Adecco Academy for even more development.
You will start working as an inside service mechanic, and in the future you will be employable (if you are open to this) in the field. In this position you would travel to businesses who need repairs to their cooling systems. The work involves a full-time day shift position from 08:00 to 16:30.
All in all, a varied job where you can learn a lot.

Our client in Oud Gastel, with 10 service locations in the Netherlands, specialises in the development, assembly and maintenance of cooling systems for transport vehicles. Our client is the partner in this industry with solutions for national, international transport and retail. The head office is in Rotterdam. The Oud Gastel branch employs five mechanics. This is a close-knit team with an informal culture, who do something nice for lunch every Friday. All this within an organisation that offers ample training and development opportunities.
