Are you the hands-on leader who takes the purchasing team to the next level?
What will you be doing?As Lead Purchasing Coordinator, you combine leadership with an active role on the floor. You're not a manager who just directs from a distance — you fully pitch in yourself: tracking down parts, maintaining client contact, and solving complex purchasing challenges, just like your fellow buyers.
You also guide the team: helping junior buyers and material coordinators develop further, safeguarding the quality of the work, and spotting where processes can improve. The purchasing manager sees you as their right hand — and over time there's room to grow into an even bigger role within the team.
You work closely with senior buyers, buyers, and material coordinators, and regularly liaise with clients on the progress of parts and projects.
