Because life is so much more fun with good and healthy food! :) As a grower, we have distributed our growing companies throughout Europe. Our herbs are grown regionally in the summer and in the winter we grow towards southern Europe. We grow sustainable and prefer to get our herbs as close to home as possible. When someone in the bar asks you what your job is, you say:
“Every day I am responsible for the performance one of our production lines. I think it is cool to produce all orders as efficiently as possible daily, while there is a good atmosphere in the department. To be able to flawlessly produce our beautiful product with my enthusiastic team gives me a kick!”
But of course, you do a lot more…
· You are responsible for health and safety and performance on one of the production lines. You escalate when there are defects or underperformance.
· Monitoring people and work on the line is key in this position. You also train new production workers to make sure that they are up and running as quickly as possible.
· Filling in the MPF, production line sheets.
· You make sure that the quality of the product is high and register this in the registration forms.
· You take on small improvement projects and looks for opportunities to improve.
· The status of our equipment needs to be good. 1e line maintenance is your responsibility.
· You are in close contact with various departments like Supply Chain, Quality Control, Technical Services and Logistics.
· You ensure a clean workplace, machines, and equipment. Being an example for others.

· You speak the English (Level B1) language. This is a must. Speaking the Polish language is a plus.

Working Hours: Shift 1: 6.00-15.00 / Shift 2: 15.00 -till the end of production.
Line Leader has to be earlier than everyone else to start the day (30 min.).
