You will be working for a large international logistics company. The work environment is direct and results-driven. The team consists of colleagues from diverse backgrounds. The company operates within the transport and logistics sector and expects employees to work independently and accurately.

As a Logistics Employee in Dordrecht, you will work in the sorting center. You are responsible for sorting and checking parcels. You will work 32 to 40 hours per week in various shifts: day, evening, or night. Depending on your working hours, you will receive shift allowances, making this position even more attractive.

Your day starts with a short team briefing. After that, you will sort parcels, check labels, and ensure that everything reaches the correct location. You will work closely with your colleagues to keep the logistics process running smoothly. This is an active job, so you can skip the gym! During your shift, you will have an unpaid break of up to 45 minutes. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential.

• Minimum VMBO (secondary vocational education) level of work and thinking
• Physically fit and able to work while standing
• Able to communicate in Dutch or English
• Available full-time and willing to work in a 3-shift rotation
• Accurate and detail-oriented
• Team player with a flexible attitude
• Own transportation is required (location is not accessible by public transport)
• Experience in logistics is an advantage but not required
