GXO is an international logistics company with a modern and clean warehouse in Oosterhout. At this location, fashion and home furnishing products are processed for major brands.

You will work together with a close-knit and friendly team where safety and personal development are key priorities. The warehouse in Oosterhout is easily accessible from the Tilburg, Breda, Waalwijk, and Etten-Leur areas.

There are plenty of opportunities to develop your career and grow into a Logistics Employee or more experienced Order Picker. When you start, you will receive a tour of the facility so you know exactly where you will be working.

As an Order Picker at GXO in Oosterhout, you will start immediately with a gross hourly wage of €14.99, with shift allowances of up to 50%. This means your hourly wage can increase to €22.48 per hour.

You will work in a two-shift system, from 06:00–14:45 and 14:45–23:30. You can work full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time (from 32 hours per week) and will be available to work an average of 2 Saturdays per month.

The location is easily accessible from Tilburg, Breda, Waalwijk, and Etten-Leur.

Your responsibilities

• Picking and checking orders using an English voice-picking system;
• Preparing orders for shipment;
• Sealing and packing goods;
• Unloading containers and stacking pallets;
• Operating an electric pallet truck (EPT);
• Processing orders and goods in the WMS system;
• Helping ensure that logistics processes run smoothly;
• Working together with colleagues during the daily team briefing.

You are ready for an active job as an Order Picker in Oosterhout. You are physically fit, able to lift up to 20 kg, and speak and understand English well.

You already have experience as an Order Picker, Warehouse Employee, or Logistics Employee. You are available at least 4 days per week, are flexible in your availability, and are willing to work 2 Saturdays per month.

An EPT certificate is an advantage but is not required. You enjoy working as part of a team, contribute ideas, and are eager to learn and develop your career.

• You speak and understand English well;
• You are physically fit and able to lift up to 20 kg;

• At least 1 year of experience as an Order Picker, Warehouse Employee, or Logistics Employee.

• Shift allowances of 25%, 35%, 45%, and 50% on Saturdays, with an hourly wage of up to €22.48;
