As a logistics employee, you are an important link in the sorting process. You load, unload, and sort packages, and maintain an overview in a dynamic, busy environment. Thanks to your efforts, orders arrive on time for everyone in the Netherlands.

The DHL sorting center at DistriPark Dordrecht is brand new and one of the most sustainable buildings in the Netherlands. The building runs largely on solar energy and features an impressive wooden roof structure. Here, you work in a green, efficient, and innovative environment focused on the future.

As a logistics employee at DHL, you help sort packages. You ensure that every package ends up in the right place. Thanks to your work, the packages are sorted on time and delivered to the customer.

You can start as a packer, placing the packages on the conveyor belt so they can be sorted. Or you can start as a packer, taking the sorted packages off the belt and placing them in a cart. Later at DHL, you will have the opportunity to learn and perform other tasks in the warehouse.

The night shift has working hours from 23:00 to 08:00.

Please note: a package may weigh a maximum of 25 kilos. Most packages are lighter, but heavier packages do occur occasionally. You must always lift these together with a colleague.

• You are available for at least 3 to 4 days per week;
• You can lift packages weighing up to a maximum of 25 kilos;
• You have your own transport (car, bicycle, scooter) or live within walking distance of the sorting center;
• You speak Dutch or English so that you can communicate well with your team;
• You are at least 18 years old;
• You live in the Dordrecht area.

• From the age of 18, you earn €14.71 per hour;
• Shift allowance (extra payment for certain working hours):
• €18.31 per hour (20:00 – 00:00)
• €19.03 per hour (00:00 – 06:00);
• €29.42 per hour on Sundays and public holidays
• Travel allowance of a minimum of €3.41 and a maximum of €13.80 per day (for distances of 5 to 30 km);Salary payment weekly or every 4 weeks;
• 8% holiday allowance and 10% holiday days;
