Working hours
During your first few months, you will work in the morning shift, from 5:15 to 13:45. This gives you time to get to know the work, the team, and the machines at a comfortable pace. After about three to six months, you will move into a two-shift system, alternating between morning and evening shifts. In the future, the team will transition to a three-shift schedule.
This way, you build up your experience step by step and become increasingly confident and independent in your role.

Manpower is looking for a Logistic Team Member for a company in Breda. 🚛
As a Logistic Team Member, you play an essential role in warehouse and vault operations. You handle materials, check inventory, and make sure every transaction is completed correctly. Safety, accuracy and teamwork are key in this role. Your main tasks include:
- Loading and unloading trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Checking incoming goods and reporting damages
- Storing and labelling materials properly
- Keeping all ERP transactions accurate and up to date
- Performing inventory counts and controlling stock levels
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organized work environment
- Handing out production materials and cards according to pick lists
- Supporting recycling processes and sustainability initiatives
- Participating in monthly HSE inspections
- Following all safety and company regulations
You will also occasionally perform other related duties to support warehouse and production operations.

Functie-eisen
