Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Logistics Specialist for Medtronic in Heerlen.
As a Logistics Specialist at Medtronic, you’re the key link in making processes smarter, faster, and more efficient. You analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into concrete actions that make real impact. Together with colleagues from various teams, you’ll work on innovative improvement projects that directly contribute to optimizing day-to-day operations. Your sharp eye and results-driven approach ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing continuous improvement programs within logistics processes
- Translating business strategies into concrete improvement projects
- Analyzing ongoing improvement initiatives and reporting results
- Creating and maintaining performance indicators to measure success
- Using tools like Excel and SAP to analyze data and monitor processes

Functie-eisen
- A completed bachelor’s degree (preferably in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and an affinity for process improvement
- Good knowledge of Excel; experience with SAP is a plus, but not required
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently
