BedrijfsomschrijvingWe are looking for a Logistics Employee to join a project in Amsterdam.
The workplace is located on a construction site. The building is already completed, and large production machines for paint manufacturing are currently being installed. The role combines both administrative and operational logistics tasks in a dynamic project environment.
This position is ideal for a well-organized, proactive person who enjoys working with computers, planning, and coordinating deliveries.
Functieomschrijving- Receiving, registering, and processing incoming deliveries of installation materials
- Checking delivery documentation and ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Taking photos of delivered materials for documentation purposes
- Working with computer systems and Excel
- Planning and coordinating incoming deliveries to the site
- Distributing materials to different locations within the project
- Cooperating closely with the construction team and suppliers
- Mainly administrative role (approx. 70–80% office work, 20–30% physical work)
Functie-eisen- Good command of the English language
- Basic technical understanding (preferred but not required)
- Strong computer skills, especially Excel
- Heftruck certificate
- VCA certificate (can be obtained within 1 day if needed)
- Well-organized, communicative, and able to plan effectively
- Experience in logistics is an advantage
Arbeidsvoorwaarden- Hourly wage- 16,49€
- Work in a dynamic construction and industrial environment
- Immediate start available
- Temporary assignment, expected until approximately week 40
- Weekly salary payments
- Travel allowance provided
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
- Location: Amsterdam (Westpoort area)
