In this role, you'll take charge of maintaining efficient production lines while adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality. Working in a dynamic 5-shift rotation, you'll be part of an enthusiastic team where collaboration and continuous improvement are key priorities.

Your responsibilities include setting up, operating, and overseeing production machinery, conducting routine quality checks on products, and making minor adjustments to equipment as needed. You'll also be instrumental in minimizing production downtime by identifying and addressing technical issues promptly, ensuring your workspace stays clean and organized, and strictly following health and safety guidelines. Together with your team, you'll work towards achieving production targets while delivering consistently high-quality results.

• You have experience in a technical, production, or industrial work environment, or a relevant technical background;
• You are skilled at operating production lines, industrial machinery, or automated systems;
• You can identify and address minor equipment issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operations;
• Your English language skills, both spoken and written, are strong;
• You are reliable, safety-oriented, and enjoy contributing as a proactive team member;
• You are motivated to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on quality and efficiency.

• Een bruto maandsalaris vanaf €4.180,53, inclusief eventuele ploegentoeslag;
• Een fulltime functie op basis van een gemiddelde werkweek van 33,6 uur in een modern 5-ploegensysteem;
• Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer, zonder maximale limiet;
• De mogelijkheid om een vast contract te verdienen bij goede prestaties;
