As a Machine Operator, you will play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will work in a 5-shift system together with a motivated production team focused on quality, productivity, and workplace safety.

Your responsibilities as a Machine Operator:

• Operate and monitor production machines in a safe and efficient manner;
• Perform product quality checks and inspections during the manufacturing process;
• Identify and solve minor machine malfunctions or technical issues;
• Support continuous production flow and minimize downtime;
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment according to safety regulations and company standards;
• Work closely with colleagues and team leaders to achieve daily production targets.

• Technical background or relevant work experience within a production, manufacturing, or industrial environment;
• Experience working with industrial production machines or automated equipment;
• Ability to perform basic machine inspections and solve minor operational issues;
• Good command of the English language, both verbal and written;
• Reliable and safety-oriented team player with a proactive mindset;
• Motivated to work in a fast-paced manufacturing and production setting
