As a Machine Operator, you play a key role in ensuring that the production process runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will work in a 5-shift schedule as part of a dedicated production team that prioritizes quality, productivity, and workplace safety.
Your key responsibilities include operating and monitoring production equipment in a safe and efficient way, carrying out quality inspections during the manufacturing process, and identifying and resolving minor technical issues. You will also help maintain continuous production flow and reduce downtime, keep your workspace clean and compliant with safety standards, and collaborate closely with colleagues and team leaders to meet daily production goals.
