Repair Technician – Precision & Technical Expertise

Join a skilled team of technicians working a steady day shift (07:30–16:30). As a Repair Technician, you ensure the technical quality of high-tech packaging and components.

Your Role

• Diagnose and repair technical and cosmetic defects
• Replace complex parts with precision
• Complete repair documentation accurately
• Suggest technical improvements
• Follow structured repair procedures and safety standards

You’ll use tools like forklifts, EPTs, and precision instruments daily. We value craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a hands-on mindset.

• Approximately 3+ years of work-experience in a technical environment;
• Able to communicate in English B1/B2 level;
• Able to read/understand technical drawings! (MUST HAVE)
• Driving license (car) is preferred;
• Soft-skills that match with the company-culture: teamplayer, proactive and being detail-orientated;

Employment terms:

• Gross salary €15.18 per hour;
• Resulting in a salary approximately between €525 and €600 netto per week based on a 40 hour working-week;
• A contract based on 40-hours with long-term intentions;
• Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
• Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations;
• Building up your pension from the first day of work;
• You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
• 8,33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May;
• Health insurance;

Housing & transport

• Clean, safe and certified housing is arranged for you via Maintec;
• In our housing you have privacy with your own private room and personal space;
• Close to work and basic necessities (shops, public transport);
• Transport to- and from work is arranged by Maintec;
