Together with your team, you're the mastermind behind the functioning of the store. As Manager Operations, you're responsible for the entire process, from warehouse management to maintaining well-stocked shelves. A tight schedule, accurate guidelines, and efficient procedures form the foundation of your duties. Alongside shiftleads, Stock associates and Quality Control associates, you ensure a clean and organized and well-stocked store.
You know exactly how to keep your team motivated and you understand how hard work can align with job satisfaction. Through your guidance and coaching, you elevate our colleagues to higher standards. You're in charge of clear scheduling, performance evaluations, and the recruitment of new team members who fit seamlessly. You foster an enthusiastic team, encouraging colleagues to go the extra mile and, above all, to enjoy coming to work.

What's already in your shopping basket?
