Do you ensure customers leave the store with a smile? As a Manager Service, you oversee the flow at the checkout, self-scan area, or Scan&Go. You keep track of the store's statistics, such as monitoring the use of the AH app, precisely knowing the percentage of customers who have or haven't registered their Bonus card and how many customers self-checkout via the self-scan area. Utilizing the latest digital tools, you aim to make customers' lives a bit easier.
As Manager Service, your responsibility is to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers. Alongside the Store manager, Manager Fresh, and Manager Operations, you form a strong management team, being the point of contact for shift leaders and all other employees in the store.
But that's not all: as a Manager Service, you're also accountable for building a strong, cohesive team. You set an example for Shiftleaders and Service associates, assisting them in handling various customer situations, coaching their behavior, and conducting performance reviews. Your goal is to create an open and enjoyable work atmosphere where hard work blends with fun and good vibes.
