Manpower is looking for a Manual Fulfillment Operator for a company in Breda.
As a Manual Fulfillment Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up the manual fulfillment workstation (printing, cleaning, material preparation)
- Performing all manual packaging and fulfillment activities according to work instructions
- Inspecting raw materials and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Identifying and resolving issues during the shift
- Checking output to detect errors or deviations
- Registering approved and rejected products
- Maintaining production, activity, and audit logs
- Ensuring production procedures run smoothly while meeting strict customer SLAs
You will work closely with colleagues in a small, young, and dynamic team, where collaboration and learning are key. On-the-job training is provided.
What you get
- Gross salary between €2,500 and €2,800 per month (based on 40 hours)
- Hourly wage of €14.71
- 28% shift allowance when working in a 3-shift schedule
