IHCP Hotel Support B.V. is het support office voor de 6 hotels van IHCP (International Hotel Capital Partners)Onder IHCP vallen de volgende franchise hotels: Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel, het Moxy Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, het Moxy The Hague, Residence Inn by Marriott The Hague en het Hilton Garden Inn Leiden.Je herkent de grote merken Marriott, Hilton en Accor.Op het support office ondersteunen wij de hotels op het gebied van sales, marketing, revenue en reservations, HR, Finance en ICT. We werken op het kantoor in Hoofddorp (Schiphol), maar zijn uiteraard veel in de hotels te vinden.Werken bij IHCP draait om het leven van onze kernwaarden, deze zijn:

IHCP is on the lookout for a talented Marketing Coordinator or Executive to join our dynamic commercial team.We are hunting for a creative spider 🕷️—someone who spins every menu, flyer, and opportunity into an irresistible creation that grabs attention and won't let go.IHCP manages an impressive portfolio of hotels, including the Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre, the Renaissance Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel, the Moxy Schiphol Airport, the Moxy The Hague, Residence Inn by Marriot The Hague and Hilton Garden Inn Leiden. We are currently seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Coordinator or Executive to support the marketing strategy and execution for all six hotels.As the Marketing Coordinator or Executive, you will play a key role in strengthening the brand presence, increasing visibility, and driving revenue for our hotels. You will be responsible for creating, coordinating, and executing marketing activities across offline channels. You will work closely with the hotel teams, commercial team, and external partners to ensure brand consistency and impactful campaigns that support business goals.What you'll do:
- Work on thrilling projects for a variety of unique hotel brands.
- Showcase your creativity and attention to detail in content creation and design tasks.
- Support hotels with creation offline media outings (flyers, menus etc.)
- Manage different social media channels to amplify our brand presence.
- Work closely with PR Agency to ensure our awareness will be grown
Job Requirements

- Creativity: bring your unique perspective to the table and help us stand out. It is a must to have knowledge of Canva / InDesign or other creative programs to design.
- Detail-oriented: demonstrate a personal approach to ensure every campaign is flawless.
