THE POSITION As Marketing Intern, you will support the Director of Marketing Communications in portfolio focused campaigns and strategic projects. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, campaign development, brand positioning, and commercial activities , directly contributing to the growth of our hotels and corporate brand. This internship gives you real responsibility, real impact, and real learning opportunities. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions
- Conducting market research and identifying new business opportunities
- Supporting campaigns and lead generation initiatives
- Assisting in developing marketing plans and analyzing market trends
- Identifying potential weaknesses and suggesting improvements
- Supporting managers during negotiations when needed

Job Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
- Solid understanding of marketing and communication techniques
- Strong interest in communications, journalism, or storytelling
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and German
- Passion for marketing trends and communications and best practices
- Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree program
