Service Description • We are looking for a .NET Architect to provide technical leadership for a portfolio within the Asset domain. • The architect will be responsible for guiding and supporting the technical aspects of the portfolio and ensuring alignment with overall architectural principles. • The role involves managing applications that run on Windows and iOS (using .NET MAUI). • These applications integrate background services such as geolocation and geofencing — hands-on experience in building and deploying iOS apps is essential. • The systems are complex, using WPF and MAUI as front-end technologies. The architect will support an experienced development team, providing guidance on architecture design, troubleshooting, and optimization. • The Tech Lead will oversee a team of Full Stack .NET developers working on microservice-based products. Technologies & Tools • Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET, WPF, .NET MAUI • Databases: SQL, MongoDB • Architecture: Clean Architecture, Microservices, Dapr • Messaging & Background Processing: RabbitMQ, Hangfire • Key Concepts: Geolocation, Geofencing, iOS App Deployment

Requirements Languages: Fluent in English (mandatory) Very good knowledge of Dutch or French Experience: • Minimum 4 years of experience as a .NET Architect • Strong background in software architecture, solution design, and team coordination • Onsite presence required 2 days per week (hybrid setup) Soft Skills • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong ability to coach and mentor development teams • Active contributor and team player within Scrum teams • Capable of leading multiple development teams, coordinating work efficiently during sprints • Demonstrated seniority in technical issue analysis and resolution • Ability to define and communicate a clear architectural vision • Confident in challenging technical decisions with other tech leads and developers • Able to discuss and evaluate features with Product Owners (POs) • Skilled at translating complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders • Experience in organizing collaborative technical sessions with developers and architects • Effective at managing priorities and handling emergencies under pressure • Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to challenges • Passion for exploring new technologies and maintaining strong technical awareness Additional Information Location: • 2 days/week onsite • 3 days/week remote For consultants working in Belgium (non-EU nationals): • Must possess a valid work permit authorizing employment in Belgium • Must hold a valid residence permit confirming the right to reside in Belgium
