Your responsibilities
Processing and checking shipments and orders
Entering data and recording transport agreements
Preparing shipment and order documentation
Providing information to internal and external stakeholders (such as pre-alerts and transport instructions)
Coordinating activities with operational departments, taking delivery deadlines into account
Supporting planning with bookings
Performing additional administrative tasks
Archiving and forwarding files to relevant departments

What do you bring?
At least VMBO-level working and thinking ability
Some administrative experience, preferably within transport or logistics
Good command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken
You work accurately and are able to keep an overview, even under pressure
You are service-oriented and communicatively strong
You are comfortable working with computers and administrative systems
