We are looking for an Operations Manager who is going to help us with the onboarding of new customers on our platform. You are also responsible for customer contact about incidents or disruptions of our platform. Feature requests are also noticed by you and you are responsible for reporting back to the applicable teams. You look for continuous improvements and are in the lead for optimizing the onboarding and support processes. This is a vital position and you are in contact with customer, partners and our internal teams.

You'll collaborate with inspiring teammates like Tom, our .NET 8 enthusiast and software architect; Riccardo, known for his grounded approach and CrossFit dedication; and Martin, the innovator behind our "goal of the day" concept. • You are Customer-focused and focused on both results and relationships;

• Hopefully you already have some experience in E-Mobility domain;

• You are fluent in English and Dutch, writing too by the way!

• Strong affinity with IT in general and with the concept of SaaS in particular;

• You would like to work at least 2 days in the office because you find it sociable and sensible!

• A competitive salary of €4,000 to €6,000 per month, based on experience;

• Flexible work hours (32 – 40 per week) to maintain life-work harmony;
