FunctieomschrijvingAs an Operator, you play a key role in the production process. You make sure the production lines run smoothly and that the final products meet the highest quality standards. Your daily tasks include:
- Setting up, operating, and adjusting production machines
- Troubleshooting minor malfunctions and identifying deviations
- Performing quality checks
- Switching and adjusting production lines
- Recording production data
- Keeping machines and your workspace clean according to hygiene and safety regulations
You work in a 3-shift system with the following hours:
- Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Night shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
You receive a 15% shift allowance for afternoon and night shifts.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
- Gross salary between €2,900 and €3,500 per month, depending on experience, excluding shift allowance
- 15% shift allowance for afternoon and night shifts
