As an operator at the Mentos factory, you play a crucial role in daily production. Thanks to you, countless people worldwide can enjoy this beloved treat. Do you think you fit into this global team?

Your tasks include:

• Ensuring that your part of the production process runs smoothly;
• Supporting fellow operators at the machines, ensuring smooth operation not only for your process but for the entire department;
• Independently resolving minor issues or reporting them to the technical department;
• Identifying deviations in the production process, reporting them, and suggesting improvements.

• Preferably, you have a technical education, such as VAPRO A or B in the process industry. No diploma but motivated? Your application is very welcome;
• Experience as an operator or in a similar role, preferably in the food industry, or demonstrable technical insight to gain this experience at Perfetti Van Melle;
• Full-time availability, and a 5-shift system fits your schedule;
• Do you have a keen eye for process improvements? Then you're in the right place!

• A full-time yearly contract with guaranteed hours;
• Opportunities to grow to operator A or B with good performance, with the possibility of a permanent contract;
• A competitive salary starting at a minimum of €3200 gross per month, with the potential to earn up to €3600 based on knowledge and experience;
