As an operator at Coca-Cola, you will:

• Troubleshoot technical issues with a variety of machines;
• Precisely adjust equipment for optimal performance;
• Carefully monitor the production process;
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

You will work in rotating shifts according to a 3-shift system:
Early shift: 06:00 - 14:00 hrs
Late shift: 14:00 - 22:00 hrs
Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00 hrs

• Full-time availability, flexible for three-shift rotations;
• Demonstrated experience as an operator, preferably in the food industry or a similar environment;
• Own transportation is essential due to the working hours and location in Dongen;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

• A gross monthly salary ranging from €3200 to €3500, inclusive of attractive shift allowances (30% after 17:30 hours and 40% after 0:00 hours);
• A full-time temporary contract through our staffing agency, with the possibility of permanent employment at Coca-Cola;

• Pension accrual from the commencement of employment;
• Generous reimbursement of travel expenses at €0.21 per kilometer;
