Job Description
Are you an operator who loves working with modern machines in a clean and well-organized production environment? And would you like to earn up to €3,600 gross per month while working with brands you recognize from the supermarket?In Etten-Leur, we are looking for an operator who keeps the production line running smoothly. You will work in a small team of one to three colleagues on your own production unit, making sure everything runs according to plan. No two days are exactly the same, because products, lines and planning can change. That keeps the work varied and interesting, while procedures remain clear and manageable.
Functieomschrijving:
As an operator, you are responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly, from mixing raw materials to filling and packing the final product. You start your shift with a brief handover, set up your production line and continuously monitor quality, safety and output. You usually work together with one to three colleagues in your own production unit, which creates an organized and personal working atmosphere within a larger whole. A typical day looks like this:
- Setting up, operating and adjusting your production line to ensure smooth production.
- Monitoring product quality and signaling deviations, taking immediate action to correct them.
- Performing changeovers when switching to a different product or packaging format.
- Solving small technical issues to prevent production downtime.
- Cleaning and maintaining your production line according to hygiene and safety standards.
- Recording production data and reporting relevant information during handover.

- Travel allowance for distances from 10 kilometers one way.
