As a line operator, you are responsible for ensuring the production process runs smoothly in a modern manufacturing environment. You will set up, operate, and monitor production machines and equipment to ensure production is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.
You will keep a close eye on the production process, identify any irregularities, and take action when needed. You'll also troubleshoot minor machine issues independently and perform first-line maintenance to keep operations running smoothly. In addition, you will carry out quality inspections and accurately record production data.
In this role, you'll work closely with colleagues from production, logistics, and the technical department. Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality is an essential part of the job and the working environment.
